Prior to joining GoodCitizen, Reyonia served as a Senior Associate at Yardstick Management, managing executive searches across sectors like education, nonprofit, technology, corporate, and healthcare. She has partnered with notable organizations including Google, Girl Scouts, OneTen, Executive Leadership Council, Cognia, Net Impact and more. Her impressive track record includes facilitating the closure of key positions and fostering relationships that enhance the recruitment process.

Reyonia’s expertise spans job description development, sourcing talent, and implementing inclusive recruitment initiatives.
