Christine Snow

Christine Snow brings more than 20 years of experience in executive search, human resources, talent strategy, and organizational operations to her role as HR and Operations Leader at GoodCitizen. She is passionate about building high-performing organizations where people can do their best work and helping mission-driven teams scale thoughtfully while preserving culture. Christine partners closely with firm leadership to strengthen talent, improve organizational effectiveness, and develop the systems, processes, and people practices that enable long-term success.

Prior to joining GoodCitizen, Christine served as Director of Human Resources and Operations at PierceGray, where she built the firm’s HR and operations function from the ground up. As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, she developed the firm’s career framework, performance management program, onboarding experience, HR systems, and employee handbook while leading recruiting, resource planning, and operational initiatives that supported the firm’s rapid growth. Earlier in her career, Christine led hundreds of executive search engagements, partnering with private equity firms and their portfolio companies to recruit senior leaders and build high-performing management teams. She also held human resources and recruiting roles with Marsh & McLennan Companies, Blue Cross Blue Shield and Epic Systems.

Christine earned an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Learning & Organizational Change and International Studies from Northwestern University. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and exploring Colorado’s outdoors.
