Gabe Sapuay brings his sourcing, research, and relationship-building skills to his role as Engagement Manager at GoodCitizen. Passionate about mission-driven work, Gabe is particularly energized by supporting leaders and organizations advancing climate solutions, clean energy, philanthropy, and social impact. As an Engagement Manager, he supports executive search engagements through project management, market research, and candidate engagement, helping identify exceptional leaders who can strengthen organizations and accelerate impact across these interconnected fields. Gabe is excited by the opportunity to support the broader ecosystem of changemakers working to build a more sustainable, equitable, and thriving future.

Prior to joining GoodCitizen, Gabe served as a Senior Associate at the Urban Land Institute (ULI), a real estate and land use think tank focused on shaping the future of the built environment. At ULI, he developed and executed communications and engagement strategies to strengthen relationships with members and stakeholders. Before ULI, Gabe worked as a paralegal at Maryland Volunteer Lawyers Service, a nonprofit that provides pro bono legal services to individuals across Maryland with limited means.

Gabe holds a B.S. in Biology & Chemistry. In his spare time, Gabe is a big foodie who loves cooking, discovering new restaurants, and getting lost in new cities. He enjoys exploring local neighborhoods, seeking out memorable dining experiences, and finding hidden gems wherever he travels.
