​​Keristian Farra

Keristian leverages her project management and communication skills to support the search and help foundations and non-profit organizations make a positive impact locally and nationally. As an associate, Keristian supports the project team with research and logistics. She enjoys executive search because of the collaborative nature of the process and finds the work to be rewarding.

Prior to joining GoodCitizen in 2021, Keristian worked as a contractor and Program Manager at Amazon before transitioning to a full-time position as the Economic Development Associate at Urban Impact, a non-profit in Seattle.

Keristian is a multilingual immigrant from Ethiopia with a Bachelor of Science in Human-Centered Design and Engineering from the University of Washington.

She brings an optimistic perspective and healthy curiosity to the GoodCitizen team!
