Keristian provides operational support across executive searches for nonprofit, philanthropic, and social impact organizations. She manages scheduling, interview logistics, and candidate communications with a proactive, detail-oriented approach that helps teams stay organized, informed, and aligned throughout each search. With more than five years of experience spanning executive search, recruiting operations, economic development, and program management, Keristian brings a blend of operational expertise, analytical thinking, and adaptability to her work. She leverages her skills in project management, data analysis, and communication to help facilitate complex searches and leadership transitions while creating positive experiences for clients, candidates, and colleagues.

Prior to joining GoodCitizen, Keristian supported entrepreneurship and small business development programs at Urban Impact, a Seattle-based nonprofit focused on expanding opportunities for under-resourced entrepreneurs. In this role, she connected entrepreneurs with resources, managed a mentorship program, and co-organized an annual pitch event that helped startups increase their visibility, strengthen their businesses, and access potential capital. She began her career as a Program Manager on the Candidate Experience team at Amazon, where she analyzed recruiting metrics and hiring data to support talent acquisition initiatives across multiple business units.

Keristian earned her Bachelor of Science in Human-Centered Design & Engineering from the University of Washington, with a concentration in Human-Computer Interaction. Her educational background informs her people-centered approach to operations, collaboration, and problem-solving. She is motivated by creating thoughtful, inclusive processes that help organizations build strong leadership and advance meaningful social impact. An Ethiopian American raised in Seattle, she maintains strong connections to her heritage and community, values that continue to shape her commitment to relationship-building, service, and creating equitable opportunities for others.
