He has supported clients ranging from local family foundations to major national and global funders, and also advises nonprofit organizations on CEO and Executive Director searches. He brings particular expertise in climate and environmental leadership, as well as in organizations working at the intersection of justice, policy, and community impact.

Earlier in his career, he held in-house recruitment leadership roles in the nonprofit sector, giving him a practical understanding of how organizations grow, evolve, and make leadership decisions from within.

Kevin holds a master’s degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a bachelor’s degree from Winston-Salem State University. Outside of work, he is an avid traveler and tennis player.
