Kevin is a veteran social impact recruiter with extensive executive search experience working with some of the nation’s most respected non-profits. Kevin joined GoodCitizen to continue supporting impactful organizations with critical executive-level hiring processes and decisions. Kevin supports GoodCitizen’s business development and strategic initiatives; including deepen the organization’s equity commitments and processes.
Prior to joining GoodCitizen, Kevin was an Associate Partner for Edgility Consulting. There, he managed a portfolio of national clients across the K-12, education non-profit, and social justice sectors. Kevin was key to the organization’s increased prominence in searches, and his team’s diversity placement rates led the firm. In three years, Kevin placed over 30 Black and Brown leaders into executive positions across the country.
Prior to joining Edgility Consulting, Kevin was the Director of Recruitment for Uncommon Schools. At the time, Uncommon ran 52 high-performing schools serving 20,000 Black and Brown scholars in New York, New Jersey, and Massachusetts. His team of 21 recruiters was responsible for all hiring across the entire school network.
Kevin holds a bachelor’s degree from Winston-Salem State University and a master’s degree from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Kevin loves to globe-trot. His travels have taken him across India in a rickshaw and one year he worked remotely from ten different countries. He also enjoys all things fitness, from Crossfit to tennis.
