Mollie Vermillion

Engagement Manager

Mollie contributes to GoodCitizen searches by designing and implementing research and outreach strategies, building relationships with clients and candidates, and providing project management support. She is energized by learning about clients and translating their organizational needs into tailored sourcing strategies. She has supported clients including Hive Fund, Climate Breakthrough, the Water Foundation, and Philanthropy Northwest.

Passionate about the social sector, Mollie values the broad perspective executive search provides and the opportunity to strengthen the sector by connecting leaders with roles where they can make a meaningful impact.

Mollie has a professional background in international development and gender policy. Before joining GoodCitizen in 2019, she interned at EMILY’s List and the Center for International Private Enterprise, one of the four core institutes of the National Endowment for Democracy.

Mollie holds a master’s degree in International Affairs with a concentration in International Development and Gender Policy from The George Washington University.

Outside of work, you can find Mollie reading a new book, cuddling her dog, Hugo, or watching a Seattle Storm game.
