Randi Clark
Randi’s career spans 25 years in human resources, organizational effectiveness, talent strategy, and business ownership. With lived and work experience across 22 countries, Randi’s passion lies in bringing diverse people, resources, ideas, and experiences together for a common goal. From small start-up environments to collaborating with the brightest colleagues in the largest philanthropic organizations in the world, the common thread in Randi’s career is maximizing people’s potential for the greatest impact.
Randi is currently the Vice President of Organizational Effectiveness and People Operations at The Susan T. Buffett Foundation. She is a global philanthropy, nonprofit, and organizational effectiveness expert. Prior to joining the Foundation, Randi led talent strategy for the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation United States Programs, and founded Human Resources and Talent Search firm, RanJohn Consulting.
Randi graduated from the University of Iowa with a dual degree in Marketing and Finance, and completed the executive program at MIT Sloan School of Business, focusing on leading the future of work. Her favorite way to spend non-work time is with family doing pretty much anything outdoors, traveling to new places, enjoying great food, and spoiling her dog Wynston.
